After Hurricane Milton wreaked havoc on the state, leaving many without power, water, and more, residents are eager to know what roads, bridges, businesses, and other facilities are open for their use. Here is a comprehensive list of what is currently open and operating:
Bridges:
– Sunshine Skyway Bridge
– Courtney Campbell Bridge
– Howard Frankland Bridge
– Gandy Bridge
Businesses:
– Publix
– Winn-Dixie
– Wawa
– PDQ (limited operations at some locations)
Theme Parks:
– Disney World (open as of Friday, Oct. 11)
– SeaWorld (open as of Friday, Oct. 11)
Gas Stations:
– Various locations in Hillsborough County
Other Facilities:
– Tampa Bay History Center (reopening on Monday, Oct. 14)
– Florida Aquarium (reopening on Saturday, Oct. 12)

In addition, public transportation services in Pasco County have resumed regular bus services, with some routes still closed due to flooding. The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) plans to resume service on Saturday, Oct. 12, and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is planning to reopen on the same day.
Schools in Highlands County will reopen on Monday, Oct. 14, while Polk State College will also reopen on the same day. Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is set to reopen on Wednesday, Oct. 16.
Despite the challenges brought on by Hurricane Milton, the community in Tarpon Springs came together to celebrate the 119th annual Epiphany. The traditional blessing of the fleet drew a large crowd to the sponge docks, where participants and spectators reflected on the significance of the event.
