Exciting WWE Events Coming to Tampa in May 2025
WWE fans have something exciting to look forward to in May 2025 as the company has announced a series of events set to take place over Memorial Day weekend. The highlight of the weekend will be the return of Saturday Night’s Main Event, which will be held in Tampa, Florida on May 24 at the Yuengling Center.
In addition to Saturday Night’s Main Event, WWE will also be hosting NXT Battleground on May 25, Monday Night Raw on May 26, and an episode of NXT on May 27, all at the Yuengling Center. This takeover of the arena promises non-stop WWE action for fans throughout the holiday weekend.
One of the biggest draws for fans will be the appearance of wrestling legend John Cena on NBC’s Saturday Night’s Main Event. This will mark Cena’s first appearance in Tampa since his last match at Amalie Arena in December 2022.
The Yuengling Center, with a seating capacity of 10,411, has a rich history with WWE, having previously housed the WWE ThunderDome in 2021. This Memorial Day weekend takeover promises to be a memorable experience for wrestling fans.
