Meet the Comedic Real Estate Agent Taking TikTok by Storm: Breanna Banaciski

Tampa Real Estate Agent Gains Fame with Cheeky TikTok Listing Tours

Tampa, FL — In just nine months, Breanna Banaciski has transformed from a newcomer in the real estate world to a viral sensation, captivating audiences with her sardonic humor and unique approach to property listings on TikTok. The 30-year-old agent, who works with Realty One Group Advantage, has quickly amassed a following by infusing her listing tours with wit and relatable commentary.

Banaciski’s videos have become a refreshing departure from the typical, polished real estate presentations. One recent clip opens with a cheeky remark: “This carport is tall enough to fit your jacked-up F-150, but not tall enough to fill the void of when your father left.” Such humor resonates with viewers, earning her millions of views and a loyal fanbase.

“I’ve always wanted to do stand-up comedy,” Banaciski shared in an interview. “I just never got around to it, so I guess I’m doing it now—just inside of a house that’s for sale.” Her comedic background shines through as she roasts everything from the housing market to her “neckbeard” fanboys, all while addressing the pressing issue of housing affordability.

Banaciski’s journey into real estate began in August, but her path has been anything but conventional. After years in car sales and business-to-business technology, she sought a career that offered more freedom. “I hate 9 to 5; I just hate going into an office and sitting at a desk all day,” she recalled. Now, she works around the clock, but with a newfound passion.

Initially, her videos followed the standard format of market updates and buyer tips, but they lacked her personal touch. It wasn’t until she improvised a humorous listing tour last fall that she discovered her niche. Upon returning from a weekend trip, she was shocked to find her video had garnered over 20,000 views.

Dara Khoyi, Banaciski’s broker, expressed his initial surprise at her unconventional style but has since embraced it. “We take our clients seriously, but we also like to have fun with our work,” he said. “I’m thrilled that she’s getting a good reception.”

While Banaciski’s comedic approach hasn’t yet translated directly into property sales, it has sparked significant interest from potential buyers and sellers. “A lot of people say, ‘You’re a breath of fresh air. You seem so down to earth. I can relate to you,'” she noted, emphasizing the importance of building connections in a challenging market.

As she navigates the slow real estate landscape, Banaciski remains optimistic. “There are people out there buying and selling right now,” she said. “You just have to really find them and hone in on your niche.”

With her unique blend of humor and authenticity, Breanna Banaciski is not just selling homes; she’s redefining how real estate can be presented in the digital age. As her TikTok following continues to grow, it’s clear that this Tampa agent is just getting started.
