Bleacher Report Ranks Washington Commanders QB Jayden Daniels Among NFL Quarterbacks
Bleacher Report Ranks Washington Commanders’ Jayden Daniels as No. 6 Quarterback
In the midst of the offseason, rankings are a hot topic of discussion among football fans and analysts alike. One outlet that recently released its post-regular season quarterback rankings is Bleacher Report, and they had an interesting take on where Washington Commanders’ quarterback Jayden Daniels falls on the list.
Despite not being labeled as a superstar, Daniels impressed enough to secure the sixth spot in Bleacher Report’s rankings. The rookie quarterback had a standout season, throwing for over 3,500 yards, ranking sixth in completion percentage, and tossing 25 touchdown passes with just nine interceptions. Additionally, he showcased his versatility by ranking second among all quarterbacks in rushing yards.
From leading the Commanders out of the NFC East basement to a conference championship game appearance, Daniels proved himself as a force to be reckoned with in his rookie year. Bleacher Report even made a bold prediction, stating that Daniels will lead Washington to a Super Bowl victory in the future.
While winning a Super Bowl is not a prerequisite for being ranked among the top quarterbacks, Bleacher Report highlighted that four of the quarterbacks in the ‘Fantastic Five’ category have yet to secure a championship themselves. The pressure will be on for quarterbacks like Jalen Hurts of the Philadelphia Eagles, who could potentially face off against the reigning champion Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
As the offseason progresses, football fans will eagerly await to see how Daniels and other top quarterbacks perform in the upcoming season. Stay tuned to CommanderGameday and the Locked On Commanders podcast for more coverage on the Washington Commanders throughout the 2024 season.
