Green Courte Partners Expands Footprint with Major Acquisition in Tampa
CHICAGO, June 17, 2025 — In a strategic move to enhance its portfolio, Green Courte Partners, LLC, a prominent private equity real estate investment firm, has announced the acquisition of a 32-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility located at 1650 Hemlock Street in Tampa, Florida. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for the firm’s sixth investment fund, Green Courte Real Estate Partners VI, LLC.
Situated in the thriving East Tampa industrial submarket and adjacent to Port Tampa Bay, the facility is poised to meet the growing demand for industrial storage solutions. The property was previously owned by Hendry Marine Industries, Inc., which will lease back a portion of the site, including 1,600 linear feet of marine bulkhead. Hendry Marine, along with Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC, will utilize approximately half of the site, while Green Courte plans to redevelop the remaining 16 acres into modern IOS space.
